Bob and Joe

Kosiski.  

Just the name is enough to stir the memories of local race fans. Probably the most recognized name in the midwest racing scene.  Many national NASCAR dirt track titles have been won by the Kosiskis over the years. Bob Kosiski and his son Joe both raced at Playland.  Bob started in coupes, Joe was a mini stock driver. I don't know of any other Kosiskis that have raced at Playland. But the Kosiski family still races and wins to this day on area dirt tracks.
