Ted and Kathy Pafford
Ted and his brothers Dave and Bob, ran bronco cars at Playland in 1967 and 1968. Ted lives in Nodaway Iowa.
Tell us your worst night of racing at Playland: I was finally in first Place and on the curve went through the fence and went up the hill almost to the highway. There I sat until the race was over! Never got to go to the pay window.
Tell us your best night of racing at Playland: Bob (big brother), Dave (middle brother) and I were finally in the same race. First time that happened. The family didn't know who to cheer for!
